House Rules: This property adheres to a strict no party and no functions policy in accordance with Gold Coast City Council and Holiday Rental Group Code of Conduct. Guests are requested to minimise noise outside and observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am.

Exclusions: No bookings are accepted for recent school leavers, schoolies, bucks, hens, weddings, or any parties.

Starter Pack: A starter pack of guest amenities is provided for your first night, allowing time for grocery shopping for items you prefer

PLEASE NOTE: Garage is not accessible - there is ample parking in the driveway for at least 3 cars with street parking also available
